This website is operated by the artist and their team. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the artist and their merchandise operation.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies posted on this site, including our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to the site.

Merchandise & Orders

All merchandise is sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per address.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If your order is canceled after payment is processed, you will be refunded the amount charged.

Pre-Sale Items

Some items are offered as pre-sale and are produced or prepared after orders are placed.

By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge and agree that:

Pre-sale items ship within the timeframe listed on the product page (typically 2–3 weeks)
Orders containing pre-sale items may ship only once all items are ready
Pre-sale purchases are final sale.
Shipping timelines for pre-sale items are estimates and may change due to production or fulfillment factors.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders as necessary.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped directly by the artist or their team.

Processing and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Customs delays
Seized or held packages
Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees

Refused or unclaimed international shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We're a small team and cannot handle returns or exchanges at this time. We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any merchandise, including but not limited to:

Incorrect sizing
Buyer’s remorse
Pre-sale items

Please review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be handled at our discretion and may result in a replacement or other resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including artwork, designs, logos, images, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of the artist and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant any ownership or usage rights to the artwork beyond personal use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of merchandise.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the artist operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
