All merchandise is packed and shipped directly by the artist or their team.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days after purchase.
  • Pre-sale items ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, tours, releases, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship using trusted third-party carriers.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
If tracking is available, it will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping

We do offer international shipping.

International orders may require additional processing and transit time, and delivery timelines can vary significantly by country.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other fees charged by their country
  • These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout
  • We do not control customs processing times and are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or holds

Refusing to pay customs fees or failing to collect a package does not qualify for a refund.


Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale items are made or prepared after orders are placed.

By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge that:

  • Your item will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page (typically 2–3 weeks)
  • Your order will not ship until the pre-sale item is ready
  • All pre-sale purchases are final sale


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any merchandise.

This includes:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Pre-sale items

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
